Training Schedule
We have a variety of training opportunities for team members ranging from in-person sessions to virtual train-from-home opportunities.
We encourage our members to attend as many workouts as possible in order to make the most of the training provided but we know that's not always possible- attend as many as you can!
Weekend

Super Saturday!

We have 3 swim lanes at Sgt. Tommy Prince Rec Centre from 9-10am Saturday mornings

We will also return to in-person bike workouts at Sgt. Tommy Prince from 10-noon Saturday mornings

We'll continue to offer our ride workouts over Zoom as well

Sunday Runday

Come join us for a weekly group run, Sunday mornings. Distances, paces, locations, to be announced from week to week.

Tuesday Night Variety Hour

We will offer a variety of programming including outdoor and indoor track workouts, strength and mobility training, cross country ski evenings, guest speaker sessions, and our very own Beat the Cold night. Buckle up!

Thursday Night Virtual Ride

Ride with us over zoom and Zwift from the comfort of your pain cave.
