Training Schedule

We have a variety of training opportunities for team members ranging from in-person sessions to virtual train-from-home opportunities. 

We encourage our members to attend as many workouts as possible in order to make the most of the training provided but we know that's not always possible- attend as many as you can!

Weekend

  • Super Saturday!

    • We have 3 swim lanes at Sgt. Tommy Prince Rec Centre from 9-10am Saturday mornings

    • We will also return to in-person bike workouts at Sgt. Tommy Prince from 10-noon Saturday mornings

    • We'll continue to offer our ride workouts over Zoom as well

  • Sunday Runday

    • Come join us for a weekly group run, Sunday mornings.  Distances, paces, locations, to be announced from week to week.

Weekdays

  • Tuesday Night Variety Hour

    • We will offer a variety of programming including outdoor and indoor track workouts, strength and mobility training, cross country ski evenings, guest speaker sessions, and our very own Beat the Cold night.  Buckle up! 

  • Thursday Night Virtual Ride

    • Ride with us over zoom and Zwift from the comfort of your pain cave.
